Jason and his crew came out to my residence and were very professional. They cut down and removed an extremely large ficus tree that was growing too close to my house's foundation and was overhanging my roof and my neighbor's wall and pool. They cut all the large branches without hitting the house or wall and cleaned all the debris as they cut.

What we do
Every job is priced on site and done by the same crew that quoted it. No subcontractors, no surprises on the invoice.
Tree trimming
Thinning, shaping and deadwood removal for mesquite, palo verde, ash, ficus, eucalyptus and citrus. Pre-monsoon trims so wind passes through instead of pushing the tree over.
Tree trimming details
Tree removal
Dead, leaning or too-close-to-the-house trees rigged down in sections so nothing lands on the roof, the pool or the neighbor's wall. Big ficus and eucalyptus are our regular work.

Palm tree trimming
Seed pods and dead fronds cut clean without skinning the trunk. Tall date and fan palms climbed, not hacked from a bucket.
Palm trimming details
Stump grinding
Stumps ground below grade so you can put rock, turf or a new tree back in the spot. Chips hauled or left as mulch, your call.

Storm damage cleanup
Monsoon knocked a tree onto the house, fence or driveway? We run storm calls first, 24 hours a day, and get it off safely before it does more damage.

Cactus, cleanup and irrigation
Cactus and yucca removal, overgrown yard cleanups, gravel and rock work, and irrigation repairs while we are already there.

Bros is not a brand name. It is the crew.
Bros Tree Care is Jason and his brothers, a family crew based in North Phoenix. The person who answers the phone is the person who climbs the tree, which is why the estimate you get is the price you pay and the job gets done the way it was described.
Read the reviews and you will see the same things over and over:
- They call back fast and keep you posted until the job is done.
- The price is fair enough that people double-check it.
- The yard is spotless when they leave.
- They know desert trees: mesquite, palo verde, ficus, ash, eucalyptus, pines and palms.

Jason answered my early morning call after a bad monsoon had downed two trees the night before. He and his guys were able to save one tree and quickly remove the other. I'm truly happy with the level of communication, the quick service and the honest pricing.
Twenty-three trees that hadn't been seriously touched in way too long. Jason got back to me fast, communicated clearly every step of the way, and the bid was so fair I actually double-checked it.
Bros Tree Care came by to remove the stump left behind by my large mesquite tree. Their scheduling was quick, their arrival was more than punctual and the job was done efficiently. Jason and his team were a pleasure to work with.
Came out quickly to quote us and was able to trim the mesquite trees and willow the next day. We wanted to be prepared for the monsoons. We still have shade and the trees look so much healthier.
They came and in half an hour our tall cactus was chopped down, the area was cleaned up like they had never been here. Very professional. I would use them again.

How much does tree removal cost in Phoenix?
It depends on the size of the tree, how close it is to your house, pool or power lines, and whether you want the stump ground. Small trees and palms can be a few hundred dollars. Large mesquites, eucalyptus and pines near structures cost more because they have to be rigged down in sections. We come out, look at it, and give you a firm number before any work starts.
How fast can you get here after a monsoon storm?
We answer the phone 24 hours a day and run storm calls first. Most storm-damage jobs in Phoenix get a same-day or next-day visit, and if a tree is on your roof, fence or driveway we prioritize getting it off safely.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bros Tree Care LLC is licensed and insured. Ask and we will send you the paperwork before the crew arrives.
Do you clean up when you are done?
Every time. Branches are chipped or hauled, the yard is raked, rock and gravel are put back, and we skim the pool if debris landed in it. You should not be able to tell we were there except for the tree work.
When is the best time to trim trees in Phoenix?
Late spring, before monsoon season, is the most useful time. Thinning the canopy lets wind pass through instead of pushing the tree over. Palms are best trimmed in early summer once they have flowered. Mesquite and palo verde should be trimmed lightly and never topped.
Do you do more than trees?
Yes. Along with trimming, removal, palm work and stump grinding, we handle cactus removal, landscape cleanup, gravel and rock work, and irrigation repairs. If it is in your yard and needs fixing, ask.
