Storms, HOAs and local notes
Most of Scottsdale is HOA territory, and many communities have rules about how trees are trimmed and what can be removed from the front yard. We trim to a natural shape that passes review, and we will tell you if a removal is one the HOA is likely to want notice of. On the larger North Scottsdale lots, native mesquite and ironwood are best left mostly alone and thinned lightly rather than shaped like a lollipop.
